Logging in with a Multi-Factor Authentication Device

This topic describes how a user logs in to the Aviation ID using their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device.

1. Navigate to the Aviation ID from a service provider site.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Select an authentication device.
   MFA options include:

   • Authy App (as a standalone)
   • Exostar Token
   • Text
   • Voice
4. Click Log In.
   Depending on your MFA device selection, you may have to enter a one-time password before logging in.
5. If requested, enter the one-time password generated by the selected MFA device.
