Reactivating a User's Access to an Application

This topic describes how a Company/Application Administrator reactivates a user's access to an application after it has been suspended.

  1. Log in to the Aviation ID as a Company/Application Administrator.
  2. Click the Administration tab.
    The View Users tab is displayed.
  3. Search for a user by entering text in the Search field, narrowing the search by selecting an option from the Using drop-down list, and then clicking Search.
  4. In the User ID column, click the user whose application access you want to reactivate.
    The user's User Account Information page is displayed.
  5. In the Account Settings section, click the application's Activate button in the Action column.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
  6. Click OK.
    A success message is displayed.
