Ordering Hardware Tokens

This topic describes how a Company Administrator orders hardware tokens.

1. Log in to Aviation ID as a Company Administrator.
2. Click the Administration tab, and then Order Tokens.
   The Order Tokens page is displayed.
3. Enter data in the Order Details, Deliver To, and Contact Information fields, and then click Continue.
   The Review Order page is displayed, where you can edit or cancel the order.
4. Click Place Order to complete the order.
   An order confirmation, showing the order number and number of tokens requested, is displayed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with subject Aviation ID Exostar token order acknowledgement and will include the number of tokens ordered, token order number, estimated token shipment, a link to the order details page, and shipping address.
