This topic describes how a Company Administrator looks up details about a user.
This feature is helpful when you want to confirm that a user you are adding does not
already have an account.

Log in to the Aviation ID as a Company Administrator.

Click the Administration tab, and then Add New User.
The Add New User page is displayed.

Enter text in the Employee ID, E-Mail, or Preferred User ID field,
and then click the corresponding Look Up link.
If the user has not been registered, an "available" message is displayed.
If
the user already has an account, an "account already exists" message is displayed.
