Authenticating with a Multi-Factor Authentication Device

This topic describes how a user authenticates with their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device.

1. Go to My Account > Multi-Factor Authentication.
   The Multi-Factor Authentication page is displayed.
2. Select a device to use for authentication.
3. Enter the one-time password for the selected device.
   • For the Exostar token, enter the one-time password that was generated.
   • For the Text/Voice, enter the one-time password received via text message or voice call.
   • For the Authy App, you can respond with either of these two options: the OneTouch within the Authy App, or enter the one-time password generated by the Authy App.
