Aviation ID logon issues can be resolved by your company's Admin Focal and/or your company's IT department.

Common Issues:

Situation Resolution
Error message: Higher Level of Credentials is Required You must log on with your Aviation ID Multi-Factor Authentication Device. Please contact your company’s Admin Focal for further assistance.
Unable to answer security questions Contact your company’s Admin Focal for further assistance. Your Focal will reset your password.
Error message: Invalid UserId/Password or Deactivated account Try “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password”. If you are still unable to log on please contact your company’s Admin Focal for further assistance.
