Resetting a User's Permanent Password

This topic describes how a Company Administrator resets a user's permanent password.

  1. Log in to the Aviation ID as a Company Administrator, and then click Administration.
    The View Users page is displayed.
  2. Click the User ID link for the user whose permanent password you want to reset.
    The User Account Information page is displayed.
  3. In the Account Settings section, click Reset Permanent Password.
    A "success" message is displayed.

    You and the user will receive an e-mail.
