This topic describes how a Company Administrator reactivates a user's Aviation ID
account that has been suspended.

Log in to the Aviation ID as a Company Administrator.

Click the Administration tab.
The View Users tab is displayed.

Search for a user by entering text in the
Search field, narrowing the search by selecting an option
from the Using drop-down list, and then clicking
Search.

In the User ID column, click the user whose account you want to reactivate.
The user's User Account Information page is displayed.

In the Account Settings section, click Enable User Access.
A confirmation message is displayed. A message is sent to the user's e-mail
address on file. The View Users page updates the user's status to
Active.
