Suspending a User's Account

This topic describes how a Company Administrator suspends a user's Aviation ID account.

  1. Log in to the Aviation ID as a Company Administrator.
  2. Click the Administration tab.
    The View Users tab is displayed.
  3. Search for a user by entering text in the Search field, narrowing the search by selecting an option from the Using drop-down list, and then clicking Search.
  4. In the User ID column, click the user whose application access you want to suspend.
    The user's User Account Information page is displayed.
  5. In the Account Settings section, click Suspend User Access.
    A confirmation message is displayed. A message is sent to the user's e-mail address on file.

    The View Users page updates the user's status to User Suspended.
