How Do Updates to a User's Main Account Transfer to the User's Guest Account?

  1. The Company Administrator logs in to Aviation ID and completes the following:
    1. Click the Administration tab, and then the View Users tab.
      The View Users page is displayed.
    1. Click the user's User ID link.
      The User Account Information page for the user’s main account is displayed.
    2. Update the editable fields as necessary: Employee ID, E-Mail, First/Given Name, Middle Name, Last Name/Surname, Nickname, Group E-Mail, Job Role, Department, Business Role, Country of Citizenship, Country of Residence, Phone, Mobile Phone, and Fax.
    3. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  2. The User logs in to Aviation ID and completes the following:
    1. Click the My Account tab, and then Switch Accounts.
      The Switch Accounts page is displayed.
    2. Click Select.
    3. Click Use Selected Account.
      The User Account Information page is displayed, showing that the main account updates have been added to their guest account.
      Note: To change your User ID, make the update, and then click Submit at the bottom of the page.
