Resending an Activation E-Mail

This topic describes how a Company Administrator resends an activation e-mail to a user who did not receive it or when the initial activation e-mail is no longer valid.

  1. Log in to the Aviation ID as a Company Administrator.
  2. Click the Administration tab, and then View Users.
    The View Users page is displayed.
  3. Search for a user by entering text in the Search field, narrowing the search by selecting an option from the Using drop-down list, and then clicking Search.
  4. Click the user in the User ID column whose information you want to edit.
    The user’s User Account Information page is displayed.
  5. Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
  6. In Status, click Resend Activation E-Mail.
    The Resend Activation E-Mail confirmation dialog box is displayed.
  7. Click the Submit button.
